The elaboration of the questionnaire was the last stage of IO4 and aimed at finding out if the academic burnout was important for the key persons form universities and how it may become part of academic interventions. At the same time, several decisions were taken regarding the organization and participants to the multiplier event. CDUMP provided important information about the Final Report template and specified which information was needed from the parteners. Also, several reminders and updates were presented covering financial aspects and other budget issues. CDUMP offered information about the sustainability of the project, and the discussion was facilitated by VITECO. As such, the hosting of the Burnout Web Platform and of the website will be ensured by VITECO for a 5 year period, and all Partners should assist and guide any interested stakeholder in the project’s results. VITECO’s discussion session about IO2- The Burnout web platform focused on what updates should be conducted to the platform, as well as on the website. All Partners emphasized some specific language issues when the platform was transferred in the online format. The last presentation concentrated on IO3 and on the translated versions of IO3, being facilitated by University of Nicosia. There was a debate regarding the intellectual protection of IO3 and three options emerged: ISBN, watermark or getting a DOI.
The second day of the TPM started with a follow-up of the first day of the TPM, lead by CDUMP. Trakia University presented a brief status of the project’s dissemination activity per partner and overall. A quick check focused on newsletters 1, 2 and 3 as well as on methods and instruments to reach 3000 students to self-assess on the Burnout Web Platform. The academic dissemination was also discussed by writing scientific papers based on the collected information from the platform.
Regarding the evaluation, CDUMP administered several evaluation questionnaires related to the event, and to the partnership quality. Other questionnaires concerned with the perceived project’s impact of the participants were administered. According to the evaluation of the TPM4, the vast majority of participants were totally satisfied with it, but mentioned that a better engagement of the partners during the event would have been a good ending and the commitment of valuing the project’s results in research would have been a dissemination milestone.
